  His "assistant" didn't even know when he returns from vacation- sounded clueless. Although google directed me to Country Financial for non-owner insurance, she said they didn't have the means to write up a policy if you do not own a car. Waste of my time & hate talking to dingbats.

  Geoff really took the time to understand my needs and make the appropriate recommendation(s). At this point, I wouldn't be comfortable having anyone else handle my home/car insurance needs.
