  I bought a car from Genuine Motor Company, and I couldn't be happier. Who would know that a used car company can be honest, kind, and extremely helpful. Sam, the owner, is the person I dealt with, and he was a joy to work with. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone I know that is interested in buying a car to check out Genuine Motor Company.

  Sam was very nice and wasn't pushy which my husband and I really appreciated. He took the time to let us look and drive the cars we were interested in and didn't make us feel any kind of rush or pressure. The inventory that they have seemed to only be nice cars. Sam certainly cares about having a trustworthy reputation among the used car lots and will work hard to ensure good customer service. He really took care of us to make sure we were getting the right car for us. He was genuine with his offer to follow up with any future questions and concerns and has continued his deticated customer service well after our original purchase.

  Buying my car here was honestly the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Sam and all other staff members were more than helpful and not pushy in the slightest! I felt like I was dealing with family from the time I stepped in the door. They're all very knowledgeable of not only the cars they're selling but also the process of being on the buyers side. I was financing and wasn't able to get enough money from my bank initially, but Sam helped me through finding a bank that would meet my financial needs, and did all the grunt work I wasn't even aware was available, if it wasn't for his hard work and personal effort I wouldn't be the proud owner of a reliable 4runner!(my dream car) They told me with the first suv I test drove, "we only sell cars, that we would want to buy" and I honestly believe it. Sam truly went the extra mile to help me get my 4runner. And it all ended with a hug. You're in amazing hands hands with these guys! I will continue to stay in contact with them, and can not recommend them enough! They made such an exhausting task, something very enjoyable!!
