  By all means please avoid this place. You would probably get a surprise bill. I had been their client since 2021. However, I recently received a bill from them. I was so surprised. I'm pretty sure I haven't lost my mind. I was unaware of all the descriptions of the invoices. I had not surgery on my teeth. I couldn't even find the bill on my insurance statements. I called them to verify the account, however, the staff was not friendly, and while I was telling them that I did not receive these treatments, they hung up on me.

  At first I was happy to have found this place since they were nice and caring....however, once they got their money they just kept cancelling my appointments and never following through or even remembering what they were supposed to have done. I've been going through this since 2020 and my original work has never been completed. People are rude and they have 0 respect for their customers, without customers their place would not survive. I have tried to be patient but, enough is enough. Yes, the office manager seemed nice and knowledgeable however, she always made promises and not only could she not remember she never kept them.

  Came here because this is what my benefits signed me up for, huge mistake. Dentist and assistants will attempt to push you to get extra treatment with little or no explanation or reason as to why it is needed. My first ever visit they said I needed $400 worth of extra treatment after insurance, and I made the mistake of saying sure. I've been good on dental hygiene so I was surprised so much work needed to be done. Next visit 6 months later, they tried to charge me the same $400 for the same treatments, I said no then and they dropped it. Last time I went there, they tried charging me $250 for all new different treatments. I said no but they still charged me $60 for one of them, which I didn't ask for, receive, or sign for. I called and asked them to drop it, they said they would and then they didn't. Repeat for the next TWO AND A HALF YEARS. Avoid at all cost. If you know anyone that uses them warn them to get a different dentist

  So far, my experiences here have been very good, and I really appreciate it. The staff is thorough, professional, nice, and attentive. Unlike so many previous disastrous dental experiences I've had - spanning decades and several dentists, I'm looking forward to getting the work done that I need, and resolving what needs to be done.   TL:DR don’t believe the negative reviews as this place was good for me. I’m going to be 100% honest and take all the other negative reviews with a grain of salt. I agree I was nervous at first seeing all the negative reviews that I picked a bad place for my first dentist appointment after almost a year and a half. Even the day of my appointment I was thinking of canceling because I was over-thinking and watching all the negative reviews. However when I went for the first time I was glad I didn’t let other reviews get the best of me because it was great! As soon as I walked in I was promptly greeted and even surprised they knew who I was before I even said my name, kinda cool they know all their clients well enough to know who’s new and who is a regular. After I was taken to the back for X-rays, Susan? Was an amazing person and very personable and easy to talk to, X-rays were done super fast and I was in the chair right away waiting for the dentist to take a look. Consult went quickly and cleaning was actually preformed by the dentist due to I believe them being short staffed that day. I think I remember over hearing the hygienist was not in that day so makes sense why maybe the actual dr. Did the cleaning. The cleaning did feel rushed but again I CAN NOT fault them at all what so ever since they were short handed. Did they try and upsell? Yea….it’s a business what do you expect? Kindly say no or just ask for the basic cleanings. I never once felt pressured or forced to accept the upsell. And when they explained what the service is and what it can do. I agreed to it because again, they explained it in a way that I felt it would be good for my teeth health. Overall, I had a perfectly fine experience with this place and if you approach it with an open mind you will too. The negative reviews do not accurately reflect this place at all in my honest opinion. Minor nit-pick: I didn’t get the “free” goodie back of sample toothbrush/toothpaste/floss etc. like I used to get at my old dentist office, might just be this place, or my old dentist went above and beyond, but that doesn’t take away from my review at all. This place was good to me and I will be coming back regularly for cleanings.
