  My experience in the office was so unpleasant I left scared, sad and worried. The dentist tells me I have 3 cavities and when I questioned it he says “oh their lil cavities” also said I needed 2 crowns. I went in for a cleaning and they didn’t even complete one. When I walked out to the front desk they handed over a bill for $3,546 dollars. I said I will call you back. I made an appointment with another dentist office for a second opinion but I didn’t tell the dentist “all the work I needed” She says you have very healthy teeth, no cavities or any work needed. Let’s get your cleaning started! I’ve never had a cavity in my life I get cleanings every year. My job changed insurance and I was forced to change dentist. BEWARE PEOPLE what a rip off GLAD I went else where!

  Staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Shelly and Marlo are both very nice. I've been taking my kids here for years and the customer service has consistently gotten better. I wish the orthodontist that is there now, would have been there when my older two got their braces. She really knows what she is talking about. Thumbs up gentle dental.

  Still a patien there only because my insurance already paid for the braces. Well I was force to give them one star just to be able to write the review. Well all started with major work done on me. Finance the work insurance paid some but not all. One bridge gets put on before ortho straighten out teeth. I talk to dentist, tell her I don't like it. Same day she put it on. She says once braces come off we will redo bridge. Two years go by, waiting for bridge to be talk about nothin happens. I bring up the topic, Dentist says it's been there too long. I'm thinking let me talk to manager see what's going on. Mean time I Get thrown into collection for ten dollars for not updating my chart address and having two charts. One ortho, other regular dentist. Not big deal get it fix. Next: first ortho leaves, another comes in stays for three months then leaves. The when I'm closing escrow another collection appears on my credit from gentle dental. Wow no way second time. Same mistake. I had a copay for deep cleaning and never was aware of payment. Not to mention that I'm there every 6 weeks for braces bands, rubber bands and new wire. Get the collection clear, I get an apology from manager and get a promise of free whitening when braces come off. Second ortho leaves, manager gets fire, receptionist change staff. Here I'm with brand new staff. Talk to ortho about the whole thing it's been going on. She takes some real notes makes me signed some papers to clear herself from a potential complain/lawsuit. Time update, it's now about three years with braces, four years with bridge. New managers tells me they will remove the bridge at no cost and straighten teeth and redo bridge at no cost. She tells me just wait for her phone call to confirm appointment. Phone call never happened, she is no longer there. Call them to check up on the bridge situation, new girls response ''if you want to get the bridge fix it's going to cost you, you have had it for too long''. Wow in two months they back out of their word. I'm thinking this is a joke. Now I need to see what's going to happen. Braces was told 24-36 months. Now I'm looking at 48 months to 60 by the time everything gets clear. I know it will, I'm not going to let them do me dirty like that. When I first visit them and got all the work done (bridge), cavities clean, couple root canals, some crowns, was giving a $500 gift card towards braces. Wow I was like this is great my insurance will cover up to $3000, and $500 off with gift card they will be like $1000 or less out of pocket. When braces were cleared with insurance they said sorry your insurance pays too much we can't honor that $500 discount. Wow they back out of a gift/discount card that clearly said Gentle dental $500 off for braces. Not big deal paid for my share. Spoke to insurance about changing dentist they say "sure but we already paid everything to gentle dental". Their advise was let them finish the work then change dentis. Also they were like you choose this facility so it's your mistake. I agree my mistake. Just feel real bad they are an stablish business in multiple cities can all gentle dental be this bad? I will see what new ortho says about this joke. She is pretty good just sucks for her she has to clean up after previous orthodontists because she is changing the way braces were moving my teeth. By the way up until now I have been able to show up to every ortho visit so the real long time braces have been on me it's a their fault. First ortho only work Thursday's, took time off like crazy, need to tell my job to work things out Thursday's, second ortho Wednesday's, talk to work now Wednesday's, third ortho Tuesday's and Thursday's, my job just laughs and says what the heck time of dentist your dealing with. I tell the I know but I'm just trying to get this done. THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT SURPRICE NO ONE REALLY STAYS THERE FOR LONG TIME. MANAGER POSITION HASNT BEEN FILL. HOPEFULLY THEY GET SOME ONE WITH STRONG PROFESSIONAL SKILLS.

  I was in need of a decent amount of dental work and Dr. Aleissa did her job very well and was very attentive to all of my needs. I appreciated how thorough she was and also how she was concerned about my comfort. Definitely would recommend.
