  Very dirty, very dangerous, parking lot is trashed, crack heads begging, dope selling and purchasing in the parking lot or next to, Crip gang infested, spent gun shells on the ground, a lot of gun shooting from that area, being accosted and solicited for sex, congregating from true deplorable pestilence of people, never go there unarmed.
