  Let me clear -- so far, the service has been good! Decent prices, and Ray is a great salesperson. He's knowledgeable without being too pushy, and SO nice! However, the second employee I dealt with (putting down the deposit, trying to schedule delivery, after making the initial sale with Ray) was kind of impossible. I'm NEVER the type to look down on people for learning English as a second language (my mother is a first generation immigrant, trust me, I know it's difficult and I typically have endless patience for this kinda of thing) ...... but this second employee doesn't speak English well enough to handle scheduling, or answer any of the front-end questions customers might have. I had several questions I needed to clear up, but there were NO OTHER EMPLOYEES in the store at the time. It was incredibly frustrating on my end, considering I'm moving and trying to schedule about a hundred things in the span of a week. I got basically no clear answers, and was handed a receipt by this second employee. Not the greatest business model. It felt a little sketchy. Like, yes, here's a wonderful front man who will sell you this furniture, but NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER, except from a man who managed to string together maybe 2 clear sentences. Not very happy. I hope the delivery goes well because other than Ray, this entire enterprise has been a little shady.

  I stopped by this store and it was a wonderful experience. The salesmen were friendly and ready to help. They had wonderful, modern furniture. I can't wait to receive the furniture I ordered!

  I love this store , nice furniture and clean with good varieties to chose from . I will go back to buy more furniture from them
