  They claimed they were unable to tow us because we had a plow attached and a mini bike in the back of our truck. We waited two hours for them to get there just for them to tell us they couldn’t tow the truck. Meanwhile another company got to us much sooner with a smaller truck than Gemma’s and was able to tow it. The driver just didn’t want to do it because he said he wanted to take the parkway and he couldn’t with the plow attached, which is illegal anyway for towing companies besides a select few. Worst experience don’t use them.

  Last Night I had the please of using Gemma's Towing Services. Unexpectedly on a date night I hit a pot hole. I called my insurance company for road side assistance. My insurance company advised me it would take up to two hour and he could not guarantee they would call before they came so I would I have to sit in my car for two hours and wait ...or risk missing them. My insurance company contacted me with the information of the tow service that would change my tire. I immediately contacted them. An very nice older man answered and assured me that he would make the driver call me so that I did not have to wait outside . In less that 15 minutes the driver Alex contacted me and let me know he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived it was a little tricky getting to my vehicle because the parking lot I was parked in has a narrow entry way. Alex told me not to worry. He took his time and maneuvered the tow truck with ease . He was courteous and quickly changed the tire. Alex was great!!! Gemma is great less than an hour wait .... thanks again.

  Just used Gemma’s today through Mercedes roadside. Good response time, easy hookup, and friendly driver. It’s hard to come by a good tow company. Frankie was the driver and he was great.

  Great company. I use them for my personal vehicles as well as company trucks. Great response time and very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
