  Mixed feelings on this place. I went in once got a semi less than decent offer for a ring I had. Since it was given to me by someone I no longer cared for my attachment to the piece was non existent. However when I returned with a pair of Diamond cut earrings I purchased myself for $1,200, the man working that day insulted me by only offering $45! I guess it depends on what day you go in and wether or not the person working that day is a complete scam artist. This particular experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer come here with my valuables. I went downtown to the proper diamond district and got $450 for my earrings.

  I had a good experience here. Oneida is professional and patient. She took her time to show me the difference between the items I took in. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Gemspawn broker located at 420 East 149th Street. Has the Gems of all Gems Ms.Oneida,she possess great customer service along with her calm and patient demeanor. Which makes for a transaction. For an already stressful customer, who has to part with their personal belongs to over come a financial burden.

  Amazing staff thats always willing to help! Ive been coming here for years (even before they changed to gem) Would never go anywhere else.. Ms Oneida is the best!

  Oneida is great. I love her customer service. Every time I come here they always help me out and give me whatever I need. This is the best pawnshop in the Bronx. I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Thank you all and keep up the great work.
