  They’re quick to take your money but it’ll take them WEEEEEKS to give your money back. Nope , wouldn’t recommend them.

  Geico cancelled my insurance plan because they said I had to many roadside assistance called in. I had 2. Poor service and doesn't like to take care of their customer. They don't have a problem taking a payment every month but when it's time for them help you, they have a problem with it. I never had anything like this happens to me before. Don't trust them.

  Recently switched to GEICO, from State Farm. Way better prices, Gaby Valenzuela provided excellent, professional, and friendly service. Would recommend this office.

  The customer service was ok the only thing that was not offered to me was the Auto Express Repair option, I am highly disappointed because in the time of the incident, they did fix my vehicle at Crawford the collision center they partner with. A few Days after the incident the vehicle was acting strange and started smoking , I bring it back and tell me that I’m not part of the auto express repair program and that the problems I’m having has nothing to do with the incident that happen. They then also charge me at Crawford for for a dignostic test. I am absolutely disgusted with this entire process. Nothing will be done I feel.

  They beat state farm by half the cost on my home insurance, car insurance at least $40.00 .
