  Great customer service and very informative and helpful. They fixed both mine and my daughters computers. They explained to me what happened with each computer and gave helpful info on what to do to prevent it from happening again. They were also very helpful in giving me knowledge on parental controls and how to manage my daughters computer.

  Worst customer service ever! Evan the manager brad young is rudest manager. Will not return to this location. No problems with any other best buy
