  Came in for advice on polishing stainless steel for a knife. Staff was kind enough to give me red rouge buffing compound for free. Will always go here for jewelery needs.

  My fiancee ordered my ring 5 weeks before our wedding and they failed to follow up or even contact us for an update on our shipment. Now they are saying the rings won't potentially be in until the Friday before our wedding....very pleasant staff, but very irresponsible

  Super friendly and not pushy at all. Great prices and great staff! Would definitely recommend over the chain jewelry stores.

  These guys are great! May and her son Jim took really good care of my mom when she and I went to ask them about their buying a lot of old silver quarters and dimes my dad had left to her. They didn't rush us, and Jim took the time to check out the coins that might have higher value to a coin collector. They were very personable and patiently explained how the process works. I definitely recommend them to anyone interested in getting the best price and nicest treatment when thinking about selling silver or gold.

  These people were great! It is rare to find such an excellent and personal experience anywhere! There was only one anonymous review on here that said how nice they were and that they paid more for precious metals than anyone in Lex. I was skeptical, but I am so glad I called them - They paid almost TWICE what the 5 other jewelers in Lexington were offering for my sterling flatware! They explained the whole process and why they pay more, it was very enlightening. Thanks, Charlie and May, for an outstanding experience! I am recommending you to anyone that will listen!
