::Amazing customer service for FINE jewelry, I was lured into this place due to it being the only place in the mall that carried brand name watches as well as top notch diamond pendants. Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with purchasing a beautiful chain for my husband for Valentine’s Day. ::Dont buy any Alex n Ani products from them. They never honor any of the free promotions from the Alex n Ani brand. You cant return any items only an exchange. I purchased $76 worth of bangles from this place and they wouldnt honor the free bangle promotion posted on the Alex n Ani website. Pay the shipping fee of $2.95 to purchase authentic Alex n Ani products from the companies official website, where you will receive better customer service, better deals and promotions, online selections are vast and lots of cleareance and sale items. This authorized dealer knows nothing about customer appreciation or customer loyalty.
