  The salon is under new ownership and just screwed me and many many other loyal customers out of money. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and buying the waxing series cards- when the old owner Leanne bought the salon in 2013 she honored the card and i even confirmed with Leanne when she told me she was leaving about what was left on my series cards when she said she was selling the salon ! I made my appt for today and show up to have The new owner “Kateryna B” tell me that she was not honoring any series cards purchased before she bought the salon!! I had 3 waxes left and one eyebrow threading from my eyebrow series card so I am basically out $100!! She was nasty and unprofessional and starts telling me she will give me the old owners phone number and I can call her cause she has my money and her lawyer told her she can not honor or some nonsense! Even worse is she is making customers go there to find out she is screwing thrm out of money instead of notifying the customers when she purchased the place. So sad because I loved this salon and Natasha, Ava & Kim - feel like crying but I can not trust “Kateryna “ And can not support any business she is a part of. Stay away before she screws you over too!!!

  Ava is the best in the business for eyebrows. I have been going to see her for years for threading. I found the salon as I used to work nearby - I now work uptown and live downtown but will make the trip just to see Ava - she has such attention to detail and I'm always so happy (perfect shaping, never too thin!). The salon is clean, quiet, and everyone is so friendly!

  Amazing place with a really caring staff. The massage is one of the best I have never had. They are great and the place is really cute.

  Amazing Service! I came in there same day appointment. I walked in with anxiety and was having panic attacks. AVA gave me the best scalp and face massage. I walked out of there ready to take a nap. Anxiety gone....Thanks!!!!!!

  STAY AWAY!! Horrible customer service and have no idea what they are doing. Cut and color completely ruined my hair, Leeanne the owner was completely unapologetic, refused to give me a refund, and accused me of tampering with my hair when I sent her these photos.
