  Loved it! The head massage they give you when they wash your hair is amazing!! I could fall asleep. Loved my hair cut and style.

  The worst experience I’ve had. They have no idea about hair coloring. I went in for highlights and the woman with pink hair suggested a balayage. They did not analyze my hair and instead of stripping off the existing color which is dark brown(difficult to catch on mahagony red-brown without bleach) decided to color directly. After two hours of waiting for the color to catch on she suggested I bleach my hair. By this time no color caught on and my hair had undergone enough torture with them trying to apply more layers of color and drying it with high heat. I asked them to wash it out. They started being very rude with my hair while washing it vigorously and pulling my hair and drying it hard. The woman then starts yelling at me for no fault of mine saying my hair is difficult to color and I did not give them the right instructions and even asked me not to come back. Who would even want to go back to this horrendous salon (if that’s what they call themselves). Please do not go here. Worst experience I’ve had.

  Amazing experience. I received a strong recommendation for G&C. And they managed to far exceed my expectations. Best overall hair cut and experience I've ever received.

  I went to this place based on the reviews and had the worst hair cut experience till date. I am not sure how can you screw up a regular layer haircut. Gina was my stylist and she was personally very nice but the haircut was below average. I had thick dense long hair and she trimmed it to reduce the thickness and made my hair look very ugly. I was literally in tears while she was drying my hair.. Also when you come out of a salon, you expect your hair styled nicely... She just blow dryed my hair and didn't even have a roller brush to set it nicely..I have never been so unhappy anywhere else and will never go here again. It cost me 70 bucks and I've seen better haircuts in a mall for that price.
