  Are you kidding me??? $35 to be downtown Mpls for one minute over one hour? I came to meet my son, who works downtown, for a birthday lunch. I did not note the parking cost when I entered the ramp (that is certainly MY fault). But I was absolutely blown away when I left the ramp about 70 minutes later and was charged $35. Anyone who needs to know why people do not come downtown for fun need only to have this experience. It will certainly be my last time.
