::I love the fast-paced, high-energy vibe at Gato. There will almost always be a bit of a wait on the weekends, but it's worth the time. The Sweet Potato Pancake is as big as your head, and my favorite dish; cheesy grits done right; thick-cut bacon that is to die for. Absolutely our favorite brunch spot!

::I miss this place so much since moving the New York City. The biscuits are still the gold standard of biscuits, and the menu is the right size for a large variety without being overwhelming. Awesome vibe, efficient staff. A little small, so you might have to wait, but get there early and you're golden.
