  I am very late posting this, but it is something I feel strongly compelled to do. Upon an unexpected passing of our loved one, I made a few calls to different places. The moment I called Gateway and was connected with Alisha, I knew Gateway would be the place we selected. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, and caring. She made the situation comfortable and I could tell that she cared. There are no words to describe how important it is to place your loved one in the hands of people who are sympathetic and have true empathy for what you are going through. On numerous Occassions Alisha provided this experience. Thank you Alisha and Gateway for the outstanding service and compassion you provided us with.
