  It's hilarious how they reply to bad reviews saying "sorry to hear your experience wasn't stellar" NO student who has ever gone to this school has EVER had a stellar experience. This school is a nightmare, from registration, to the unnecessary and unrelated classes and expenses to horribly unprofessional instructors and the administration staff who defends them even when they are causing the problem. This school does everything to make you feel helpless and ripped off. And if you try to resolve these issues (since they reply to reviews pretending they actually care) you just end up with a target on your back for pointing out their mistakes. This place should be shut down and investigated for fraud and possibly embezzling, because the tuition money is obviously not being spent on tools or materials.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. If anyone sees this that is interested in this school please don't write it off as just another unsatisfied student. The people who run these programs and the ones that have control over what kind of education u get do not care about the students at all i have stuck it out with instructors that are incompetent and can not physically show you how to do the welding procedures even after everyone in the school has told me to quit. I successfully completed all of my weld tests thanks to YouTube. But still 3 months after completing the program many students certs have not been turned in do to lack of care for the students. Not even the vp cares enough to help. So if you care about your success i know mesa has a great program and will be worth your money. Gateway will not provide you with the teaching tools, equipment, or materials to succeed. But you can do it if you like learning from you tube good luck. I hope I'm helping someone out cause I wouldn't want anyone to go threw what I did.

  😱Worst school for your son or daughter..... This school switches out Teachers often, and I mean often!! And, when they have a Teacher they don’t help the child advance,which then your child is stagnate. Please for the love of your child, research on a better, qualified school that may care about your child, cause this school has been a complete failure on mine!

  I WAS ROBBED AT GUNPOINT DONT COME HERE This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Since the day I tried getting enrolled the office staff have given me 1 answer but don’t tell me the other 9 that I need. Over and over again they’ll transfer me to somebody else just to be told they don’t take care of what I need and then transfer me to another person. They truly don’t know a single thing it’s ridiculous. I was robbed at gunpoint in the school parking lot and had my truck and everything inside stolen and not one person here cares. I’ve tried writing an appeal form because I was ROBBED here and I don’t feel that I should pay for 2 classes I was NEVER informed I’d have to take. It’s going on week 3 now and Ive tried numerous ways for them to get it but they “haven’t seen anything” and tell me to wait a few more days. When I wait a few more days I’m told the EXACT same thing. Just today I tried calling about it and the girl answered with an attitude and hung up on me. 86 THIS PLACE! stay 8 feet from the door or you will be 6 feet underground like I almost was.

  PLEASE don’t come here! I regret giving this school a chance despite the bad reviews and I should’ve listened to these people. It’s definitely not worth your time and money! Just like many people said, the office staff gives you wrong (AND also false information)! I don’t understand why these people are even working here when they don’t even know what the heck’s going on w their programs etc! I spent almost $1,000 for all the books that we “supposedly” need when we just used it 5x just to have us answer useless questions from the book that the teacher barely even care to read. I didn’t even learned a lot of things in my profession. We didn’t even do many hands-on work. Most of the time are books, worksheets & PowerPoints, which is not helpful at times. To make it even worse, diplomas aren’t being mailed, clueless staff AND unprofessional instructors!!! The school say they care about their students when they truly don’t! This school should close down. Enroll somewhere else even if you have to travel a bit more than you usually do.
