  Ok I just left there.. and noticed that the one thing I requested to be done, WAS NOT DONE! This place is not worth the money we pay! I'm so upset eight now! I don't even want to give them a 1 star... more like -5 star... STAY AWAY.... that man that does the ticketing when you 1st pull us is a SNAKE!!!! Don't trust him!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE OF SERVICE.. I'm going to tell all my friends in BREA.

  When my car came out, there was still a large white smudge on the side. I knew it was sunscreen from a recent trip to the mountains. I asked the guy, can you get that? He said, "No, it's scratches." I said "No it's not, just try." He did and of course it came right off. Much or most of the inside hadn't been wiped or vacuumed. I had to bribe the guy with $5 to clean it to a mediocre standard of quality. What a joke. Never going back.

  They do a decent job here. For the price, I mean. They always spray your wheels with cleaner before they send your car through but they only seem to do it on one side... the side that where they're standing. Still, my truck is always clean, not great, but clean.

  Great job. Finished cleaning my car in under 15 min when there was a line of at least 10 cars ahead of me.

  Total waste of money. All I really want out of a car wash is a good vacuum and a great wipe down. They did such a terrible job vacuuming. They moved the seat up to vacuum the back row of my van but never moved it back to reveal the actual debris from the seats that are actually used. They didn't even bother vacuuming the cup holders. I will never return. My kids do a better job at the do it yourself places at a fraction of the cost.
