  Excellent sliced brisket sandwiches with potato salad. My brother ordered the same but with beans I thought the beans tastes a little to smokey.

  Quantity, service was good. Sadly the brisket fell short on taste. My sliced brisket sandwiches were dry. Taste like meat cooked in an oven . It was dry ,no flavor,almost as if it was boiled. The potato salad was H.E.B.bought.Pickles ,onions, we're mixed with jalapeños piled up together. It doesn't smell or taste like mesquite . If you're gonna charge Rudy's prices make it taste better.

  If you are looking for quantity then this is the place. The bbq was okay. Brisket was very tender but only smoke flavor and no flavor in bark. Potato salad was awsome.
