  A Downtown Gem! This is the only boutique in walking distance of Downtown and right along the Street Car line. The staff is extra friendly and very helpful with styling. The variety of styles will fit anyone’s needs and budget. The best part, you can sip on wine and bubbly while you shop!

  First time visitor! Went in with my best friend and spent about an hour and a half trying on clothes and getting to know the staff. Carolyn and Courtney were so helpful and gave their opinions which I very much appreciated. They even went out of their way to find a few pieces they thought I would like that I missed seeing. It was impressive how knowledgeable they were about all the inventory in the store with all the boutiques they have. Can't wait to come back!

  Poor attitude from sales associates. Distant, unfriendly, fake and cold. I did not feel welcomed there. I found a black fringe jacket. Shouldn't have bought it. The material ended up shedding everywhere on me, completely unwearable. I will not be returning. If you're passing through Kansas City, go to Birdies lingerie shop! That's the place you need to spend your hard earned money at.

  i love the different variety of clothes! The bar is an awesome concept and the staff is friendly but not overly friendly. When I shop I hate being helped unless I ask. They allow dogs which is really fun too especially their staff pups!
