  Its cheap. Less than two hundred a week. If you're in a crunch and need a motel room dirt cheap, this is where you go. Perfect for the minimalist.

  Visited a buddy, thought it would be a crack motel. I was very surprised at the insides, they are clean, spacious and have a kitchen, shelves. Good flooring, new table, it's nice inside. Good space, I can't speak for the crackness of the outside, tho. I didn't experience the 'atmosphere'.

  I love this place. This is my 3rd stay here, the previous two were a year and a half each time. It's an old building kept clean and maintained and the community is friendly, quiet and they look out for each other. Manager is a great guy and really helps people out when he can. Lot's of history on the old highway that use to be the main connection between Dallas and Ft Worth.

  Great quiet place. Only weekly rates . Small friendly community. Remolded rooms with tile floors . Cable w/HBO and Good weekly rates.

  Yeah I've only been here a couple weeks but it's a real laid-back Place very quiet very peaceful for older people it's trying to stay to yourself in not have any problems with neighbors and all the neighbors seem perfectly pretty quiet I'd recommend this place to anybody
