::I needed a nice presentation bouquet for a colleauge's promotion ceremony. I was hesitant to use Citiflowers because of some of the poor reviews, but I tried anyway. I dropped in and they surprisingly did not have a book or samples to show me, saying this type of arrangement is created off site. That was really odd. Nevertheless, I told the kind lady what colors I wanted and then I had to take a deep breath, trust in them and cross my fingers. I picked up the flowers the next day at the pre-designated time. And the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone was impressed -- extremely well done!!!!

::I don't know how some people are so disappointed. This is a florist in the heart of the city and I rely on them to send flowers, etc. They haven't disappointed me. Maybe it's luck of the draw, but I have been very happy.

::Unbelievably bad service. I ordered a plant to be delivered to my father for father's day 4 days in advance and even though he lives 2 blocks away from their shop (in a retirement home with a 24 hour door man) they never delivered it. I had to call back 4 times to check on the order and ask them to redeliver it then finally canceled the order. I highly doubt I'll get the refund they promised. They were so unhelpful and had terrible excuses as to why the driver was unsuccessful. I was trying to support a local business but will never use this shop again!

::Balloons were delivered to my son on the wrong date. I ordered through FTD - they had the date correct. When I called there was NO genuine apology; just an oops, sorry and we will redeliver on the correct date next month and if you want to compain to someone call FTD.

::Great downtown flower shop. Their service was friendly and organized even on this crazy V day. The prices seamed reasonable even with being Feb 14. Were they higher than usual? Perhaps, but it seemed reasonable.
