  I have been friends with Tony Garcia for 9 years. We have traveled and trained together in Thailand. We talk almost daily where we share ideas on business and training. Recently, I decided I needed to lose weight. So I called Tony and asked him if he could set me up with a training program to lose weight. His program consisted of making some changes to my diet, doing cardio and weight training. I have been following his program for 6 weeks now and I have lost 30 pounds and I am still losing weight.   Master Garcia is an accomplished competitor and excellent instructor, My family has been benefiting from Garcia Muay Thai school. I have confident, happy, childrens who are doing well in school and life. It has been wonderful to find something the whole family can take part in. I enjoy training with positive supportive people and I feel fitter every day. with morning's and night classes you have no excuses for not training.

  Garcia Muay Thai is a great experience for your body mind and sole. the work outs that are given help you loose weight and gain muscle. also if you want to you can train for fights and work your way up to a competition. you will love the thrive feel and goals you set for your self when you achieve them one by one. when you follow all the steps and Technics you will feel so accomplished and healthy. i know i did!!!!! thank you Garcia Muay Thai for everything.

Whether you are interested in personal fitness, learning the art of true Muay Thai, or want to get in the ring, it caters to everyone – men, women, and kids. Every class is different, and never just the same routine. Master Garcia is truly knowledgeable in the art and techniques of Muay Thai. He is very patient, professional, and wants everyone to succeed in whatever your goals may be. The gym atmosphere is great – EVERYONE (both the staff and the students) is there to help each other learn, and not take you out. There are students from 6-60 years old, and novices ranging up to others with advanced belts in other martial arts. Everyone is there because Master Garcia works with all levels of students and they know he's one of the best.
