::We went there for our anniversary, before going to a show. We expected a nice upscale adult dining experience, but were treated to a party of screaming hyper little kids racing rambunctiously around the restaurant, even into the bar. Unable to get our wait person's attention, we spoke to other staff who walked by. Finally, our wait person came, and we asked if there was some polite way of asking the parents to take the kids outside. Eventually, the manager came, and explained that she didn't know how to say anything to the parents, but that she sent the children food and activities. Since she apologized profusely, and took the charge for our cocktails off the bill, I'm raising my rating to 3 stars instead of 2. The food and activities did settle the kids down. Hopefully, the manager will notice wild children sooner and provide the food and activities quicker so as to cause less disturbance to other guests. I can recommend GTC as high end family dining, rather than a date destination.

::Their chef's tasting option with the wine pairing is definitely one of the best values considering how much food and wine you get. Very much recommend that.

::Beautiful, open, airy, sunny. The brunch special turned out to be a hit, and they were able to accommodate our large group of about 13.

::I had a great time at the Trading Co and the food was excellent but the one thing that took away from it was the cafeteria seating. I know it fits with the whole 'Trading Co' theme, but I'd rather not sit so close to another two couples while trying to have a private conversation and then pay a man sized check for it.. Like I said the meal was very good, but a restaurant is partly food and partly ambiance.. Unless you're there on a slow night & can get a table to yourself in which case it's 5 stars *****
Chase
::Ported duck with heavy caramel on top, salted triggering the 'duck flavor' to stand out. Pickles and honey mustard smooth the fishy duck smell. Fish place serves with raw pieces and well smoked salmon salad. The huge scoop of butter(?) is kind of a redundancy.
