  TERRIBLE and DISHONEST! Stay away from this company. I was quoted wrong on the phone, over charged on site, and unethically recorded my conversation without my knowledge. I recently called for a quote on replacing a broken spring, I was told the total price would be dependent on the price of the spring which would be anywhere between $80-$200. I have an average, run-of-the-mill, 2-door garage so I never imagined I’d be close to the $200 mark. I also mentioned the 50% off labor or 20% off parts coupon they have listed on yelp. I scheduled my appointment for that same day and Trevor arrived within four hours. After looking at my garage and deciding I needed all my rollers replaced, I was given a bill for over $400!! With a little bit of sticker shock I needed to call my father-in-law who has changed these things before. He confirmed my suspicion I was being completely taken advantage of and being over charged for a spring that cost $80. To replace just the spring would have been $288. I asked Trevor about the confusion about the price difference and he immediately became argumentative stating the spring on my door is the heaviest on the market and his company has 5 stars and is top rated (this was repeated several times). I also asked why the spring was over $200 when Bridget (on the phone), stated the springs wouldn’t be over $200. Trevor snapped back saying he applied the 20% off parts which made just under $200. At this point I began feeling uncomfortable with Trevor and this situation, so I declined his service and asked him to leave. Trevor then tried to bill me a $99 service charge for simply coming out. I told him I was not paying him because no one made me aware of this fee, nor did I agree to pay this. And to my UTTER surprise, he starts playing my phone call with Bridget on his iPad!!! After awkwardly listening to our entire conversation (and me deciding I needed voice lessons), I, in fact, was not lying and did not owe any money. Clearly irritated, Trevor left only after leaving me with some snide remarks. So with the obviously over priced quote, rudely inappropriate employee, and surprise recorded phone call, I cannot not recommend anyone doing business with this company. I ended up going with another company who charged me less than half the price I was quoted by Trevor.

  Jeff was on site in under an hour on a Saturday night. He quickly and professionally diagnosed, explained, and repaired my garage door. It is now better than it was when new.

  These guys were speedy fast, professional, and reliable. They have repaired multiple things on our garage doors, including a replacement of one motor. I will call them again in a heartbeat if anything breaks!
