  Went to exchange same pants for a different size. Was told I can't exchange stuff I bought online. That they are going to return to credit card (gap card). And that I had to repurchase the items. I explained to the lady that I had used my rewards. She told me I will lose them. What BS.!! Called my gap credit card # and they told me she was suppose to exchange. Very disappointed
