  I was shopping at this location with my boyfriend and they followed him around the store like he was a criminal. I also heard the employees talking about him. Guess they don't like people coming in with tattoos. The only reason they redeemed 2 stars is because the lady at the cash register was super sweet to us when we went to check out. I feel bad for her. I won't ever be coming back to this location.

  The low-level associates are kind, although the manager of this store (as of Nov '17) is very inconsiderate. Don't shop here if you aren't 100% confident in the quality of Gap's clothes (I'm like 70%) and you know you won't need to return anything. I bought two polo shirts from Gap, one was great, the other had a defective collar (verified by another associate), and yet the manager had no interest in helping correct this issue. I hope this manager finds a job she enjoys with customers she likes.

  This gap has exceptional customer service! It makes shopping easy, and the employees are helpful. I was asked if I needed help multiple times, and the store was organized so it is easy to shop!

  Customer service is terrible!! Never have I ever had an experience like my mother and I did at this particular location and my aunt has been the General Manager for Gap(not this particular gap) for years and I've seen her work ethic as a GM and she's not even too good to get out on the floor and help customers so with that being said I've never seen such terrible workers & managers and I would say names but I won't do that just go to the one in Woodland Hills Mall and save yourself from the rudeness. I didn't even want to give the 1 star that's how horrible the experience was but I had to, to write my review.
