  Top tier instructor with real understanding of BJJ, grappling and stand up. Trained all over the US and have to say Wes and crew are outstanding. Highly recommend!

  Great place to be for BJJ! Wes is a spectacular coach with incredible patience for all students! It's been a great journey that I just began and can't wait To continue. Wouldn't train anywhere else.

  Great place to start or continue your bjj journey. Great teaching and very friendly people. As a martial arts instructor looking to add bjj to my game, I appreciate atmosphere of the gym, it's not all about money or tournament driven (but there are plenty of opportunities to go) it's about learning, expanding your ground game and staying humble.

  I've been training for a few years and absolutely love this place!! Great coaches and a great team! Couldn't ask for better training partners and the fitness class with Sara is no joke!! Can't wait for the kids classes to start and see all the little gi's on the mat!!!
