  I bought an Xbox one for about $300 and returned it in under 3 weeks and got $150 back for the console because I couldn't get a full refund on it, if you guys want to buy any consoles I advice ya to go to best buy, at least you'll get a full refund back and not half your money. I WONT EVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE IN GAMESTOP! SUCH A RIP OFF! Unless you know you're planning on keeping the console you should be fine.

  I love the staff here they're all really personable folks. They ought to utilize all their registers but that is something every retailer is doing nowadays. The lines get bad which is basically my only gripe, everything about this spot is great.

  I been calling for 2 days and they never answer the phone. Another GameStop told me they had a game I’m looking for but I’ve been told this before and have made the trip and they don’t have it I don’t live in the Bronx so I don’t want to drive all the way there and then they don’t have it! You guys need better customer service called at 10:30am it’s currently 11:30am how busy can you guys be? It’s the Bronx most ppl that play video games aren’t even up at this time so how busy can you guys really be? I worked by there for many years you guys usually get customers around 12-1 in the afternoon!
