  Great staff, friendly & attentive. Great spot 2 get used games. I hope they stop closing down stores, there are fewer in uptown Manhattan.

  This location is great. They have good customer service and lots of merchandise. It was definitely worth my trip.

  If you want great customer service when purchasing a Gamestop video game or system, then you should definitely check this place out. Everyone there is awesome but be sure to ask for Geri who is THE BEST employee there!

  Welcome back! You guys were gone for sometime. The only question I have is why don't you have demo stations? I can understand that the average ten aged boy or girl would hog the controllers and games but, wasn't that the purpose of getting people to purchase these products? I want to make sure the game that I'm purchasing is what I want. By letting me demo those games I would more likely purchase them.

  Great place and very friendly and caring customer service, there’s never drama or problems at this location. As soon as you walk in the store you’re noticed and acknowledged, I come here frequently alone and or with my daughter. Awesome staff.
