  They use to be a great spot to go to, but now they're the worst. When you put down for a game, they use to call and let you know it was in and ready to be purchased. Now weeks would go by before you remember you have a game on hold for pick up. I paid for Dragon Ball Fighter Z, so I could get the extra characters, when I went to pick up my game, the manager told me they were sold out even thought it's at a set number. With no way of me getting what I paid for. Game stop on Fulton is much better, even if I have to travel for what I'm looking for. Stay away from the Flatbush location, they're very unprofessional.

  It's always a positive experience when I come in here. It can be busy sometimes. But it moves along. I never waited in a line for more than 10 minutes. They carry product in the back that you won't see so be sure to ask the staff if it's available. 5 stars man

  The service here is professional and quick. I came to purchase an obscure item that was listed on the website but not on display in the store, so I asked the employee at the register. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can also get away with a quick purchase if driving because there are usually spots in front.
