  I was able to get help right away and I had my questions answered right away too. The young lady knew all the answer that my son had.

  I love this game stop they know just what games are for me there assistance is great lorenzo and nelson are the best kiana and ana make you feel at home i pass by every other gamestop cause i know where my gamestop family is

  Excellent customer friendly and very knowledgeable staff . The place is a very kids friendly environment. Especially Lorenzo and Nelson. They take their jobs to heart and do their best to assist clients of all ages. Also Kiana and Ana, all associates work in a team like setting. Every customer are given their undivided attention.

  We are now entering the holiday season , BLACK FRIDAY, and the professionalism sucks here at this GameStop. The manager Nelson out of all people was the most nastiest. He expressed such an attitude along with slick comments that were again was out of character. I understand long hours , lines , and inpatient customers can be a drag but this is what you sign up for when you apply for this job . As a manager professionalism in the work place should never be turned off no matter any situation. I used to work at this store 3 years back and the staff is nothing like how it is now.
