  Friendly staff. Pricing is a little high. Trade n values are slightly better than throwing a game in the trash.

  The staff in here are very friendly and helpful. I showed them a Christmas shopping list and they basically found all the stuff for me. Most excellent.

  Depends on the time of day but most of the time the customer service is good but here lately when you go at night the cashiers are very rude. They rush me to find what I want I have been going here since it opened but will not come back due to their rudeness. Plus if your looking for anything that is not PlayStation or Xbox your better off diving the extra hour to go to entertainmart in Arlington.

  I always have an enjoyable experience when I come here. The staff are very knowledgeable about pretty much everything that has to do with video games. My daughter also loves the toys they have in stock. 👍

  Customer service at the location is amazing. Staff was really and ready to answer any and all questions that I had. They made my transaction swift and easy. I will be returning to buy more things.
