  Assistant lead wannabe was way to to pushy with his upselling. After the third time I told him I don't want to pre order anything, nor do I want a GameStop card, he finally rang up my purchases and I got out of there never to return.

  It's a nice store. Not as friendly and helpful as the one in Saginaw. They do have a good selection and some decent sales. I go there because it's the closest one to my house.

  I'm not sure what happened to the previous employers but this GameStop should have done something to keep them...I've been buying and trading games and accessories for 20 plus years with this place and I just had the worst experience I've ever had at... No need to go into details was robbed of 15000 points. Was not given my elite membership, and wasn't given my full trade in cash credit.

  The staff is super nice, they answered all my questions and was really helpful and everything was easy to find, super clean and organized.
