  Subpar experience at this location. Staff was not very helpful and a little rude. Seemed like they didn't want to work tonight. I’ll only give it an extra star because I got a good deal on a game.

  Horrible service. Staff is pushy and will try and will insult your choice of game console if its not not am xbone, PS4 or switch. Want better prices? Amazon. Brick and mortar store? Best Buy. They have better service and price match

  When I called for a used game they stated they had it, but when I show up they stated that it was a mistake and that they guess they don't because they cant physically find it now. Then as I ask to speak to the supervisor David tells me "I am the manager, what up?" with a really bad/sour attitude as if it were personal. The point here is that I called and came from a different Gamestop to save a buck to end up not saving a buck, spending more and receiving the worst costumer service. I wont be coming here again, ill stick to Amazon which now has 2 hour delivery.
