  This GameStop is awesome! It was the only location that had the last copy of a game (Jericho) I REEEALLY wanted to give as a gift. I asked if they could hold it for me until I made my hour trek to the store and they did! The site was and the guys were great! Great phone etiquette, very polite, and very funny. They helped me with everything I needed and made myself and the person the gift was for very happy!

  People are rude in This Store I didn’t realize the person was on the phone And I was trying to explain to him what was wrong with the remote that it was not working And He got so mad and put his hand up and said WAIT with a attitude I did say sorry I didn’t realize he was on the phone but is shows the customer service skills that he has GameStop need to have iN services on customer service I’ve been a member for five years in store I guess it’s time to change locations
