  Great game stop but has a small selection of games as half of the game stop is for pops and toys , also its super hot in there they need to get some fans or something but other than that they have everything you'd expect

  These people have only one good thing: fan items. That's it. That, I feel, is the only reason video game stores still exist, on the brink of being replaced by online stores. Also, if you expect one specific item, you're NOT going to find it. Trust me, I looked at 3 different gamestops and none of them had the Link Amiibo I was looking for.

  Went to pick up a copy of a switch game (pre-owned) and after waiting in line the sales associate could not find the game. They need just a little more organization.

  GameStop has become a great place not only for games but since they redid their layout some time back they now have a great selection of figures, board games, and other geeky things. The only real downside is due to the amount of things employees are forced to offer the lines and wait time to pay can get pretty ridiculous.

  Agents at register are very slow and they don’t know what to do. I had to wait 26 minutes to pay just a Google play card bill. All the customers in the que were horribly looking what they were doing. I went November 14 at 6:30 pm to buy a Google Play card. I saw one agent is trying to exchange a product of a customer, but he actually didn’t had any idea how to do it. A long queue were created and all the customers were upset. There was another register but nobody came early from the back to help the customers even though two Agents were sitting on the back and looking what was happening in front of register. It was my first time at Game Stop and Probably this would be the Last one. I am going to write a review. Overall It’s a Stupid Store.
