::Chris (who I presume is the Manager) was friendly, efficient and very understanding of my situation. I did an in-store online order for a Destiny 2 PS4 Pro Bundle at a different location. When I received the PS4 and opened it, there was DIRT all over the system! Like stained black chalk on every single open face of the system. Chris saw this and immediately ordered me an exchange on the website. This is the second time I have had to change out the system due to bad QC from Sony... Hoping the third time is the charm.
