  Rodney was outstanding! This store was very busy and looked like it was well stocked. Staff knows their products well. Worth checking out!

  It's good to have a game store in Arlington, but this GameStop location could do better. Store has always seemed a bit under-staffed, and a couple times I called to reserve an item only to encounter issues when trying to pick it up. Not a great location.

  The store had a large selection with a lot of popular and older games. The store was also well organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff also took the time to explain everything and offered optional stuff. A great experience and highly recommend.

  I was with Benita Young on Dec 3rd. I'm truly sickened at how we couldn't exchange a fault controller that was sold to us. We attempted to use the used controller this morning, when we found the left control stick was stuck going down, could not go up at all... all I wanted was to hand them the faulty controller, get a "new" used controller and leave. Brian told me I would have to pay nearly $20.00 more for the controller. Brian the manager was so unprofessional, talking to us through a computer screen or receipt, never looking us in the eye. I would like to be contacted by a district manager, or anyone for that matter with a higher label then store manager.
