  Poor customer service and poor product availability. Ever since Galls took over it's been down hill.

  Ever since they took on the HFD supply account, they have managed to shortfall on availability and order accuracy time and time again. But, at least they're consistent.

  The store has nothing in it. And what it does have is over priced. Do not recommend this store to anyone

  Promised order ready in 5 business days......3 weeks later. Verbally confirmed order 3 times.....order still not fixed and missing h1/2 the patches. Verbally confirmed order a 4th time and showed up 2 days later.....order still screwed over. Took products to Department contact and told them to dispute invoice and correct my order out of old inventory, Which the department did. I had to take the old inventory to another retailer in town and pay out of pocket to get the order fixed. I wish our department would switch to the other vendor. The department and my preferred vendor know what customer service is....solve my problem or someone else will.

  They have to deal with a faulty computer ordering system, a city that doesn't want to pay them, and firefighters who can be demanding. Its no surprise that customer service here isn't always the best. But if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you.
