I've run into at least 15 people who have had bad experiences buying and selling form this Gallery. I would never buy from or sell to this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. Have been trying to get payment for some items they sold for me at auction for months. The check is always in the mail.

Love this auction - such a variety and the cost is usually very reasonable.

I am so disappointed in the owner of this Gallery. Not one time did Wesley- the owner- act in a professional manner while dealing with me- THE CUSTOMER!!! I was the highest bidder in an online auction for a piano. A piano that has been in his store since at least 2012. In the store and in every online picture of this piano it has a piano stool with it. So, the day after the auction- I called and spoke to Patty- a very nice employee at the Gallery. I asked her if the piano stool went with the piano- she said Yes- it has a tag on it- "Piano stool sold with piano". So I made arrangements with a moving company (friends) to go pick up the piano, the stool, and one other item. It's my understanding that my movers checked in and loaded the piano- but when they started out the door with the stool- the owner went berserk on my movers and wouldn't let them take the stool- HE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE- on my movers! He claimed they were stealing the stool! My movers were just doing what I paid them to do! I talked to the owner during this commotion, and he yelled at me too! He told me the stool was separate from the piano- regardless of what the tag AND his employee said! Then the cops came!!! The owner wanted the moving company kicked off the property! BUT- I still had one more item in that store! So- I called the Gallery again and Patty assured me that my other item was being handed over to my movers. The police just stood by to make sure that things didn't escalate. My movers (Reliable Movers and More) did an awesome job! My piano arrived perfectly! BUT- WITHOUT A STOOL! Had the owner offered to sell me that stool- I would have bought it! I attempted to leave a very unsatisfied private letter to the Gallery owner on his website and he called me the next day and informed me that he was turning all of the movers' info over to the Attorney General and that I was no longer allowed as a customer at his store/auctions! That's too bad- I have spent thousands at this Gallery, and had planned on spending thousands more! This misunderstanding was all his fault and could have been easily remedied if he had just offered to sell me the stool! *RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT* Wesley- The stool had a tag on it- "Piano Stool Sold With Piano" I have a picture of the tag! So- the stool WAS for sale! Now you are claiming that the stool was just a prop? The tag says different! ~UPDATE~ No Wesley, Thank You, for responding to my comments! You are showing the whole world just how argumentative you are! Instead of taking this opportunity to do damage control with an unhappy customer- you have chosen to argue even more! You have done everything EXCEPT take responsibility for the misunderstanding between us. As to me defaming your character and the integrity of your business- Your reputation precedes me! According to what I've read on other posts- You yell at your customers, and the word RUDE has been used excessively!!! That's not defamation- I'm living proof that that's a fact! I do hope that in the rest of your antique/estate career, that you run across a copy of the book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People" or "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Great Customer Service"! PLEASE READ THEM! I look forward to speaking with your "associates" soon! Oh- And just FYI: You may want to brush up on proper English too, "they was", "Police was", and "You was" are all incorrect!
