  Bought a small 5x7 frame for a picture. It didn't seem like I got a good deal for what I paid. The frame was difficult to assemble cleanly / straight and there were freshly machines edges with barbs of aluminum sticking off. I had to file the edges down to prevent cutting myself accidentally.

  Maybe lost 3 pieces i paid up front to have done they have never called even after i stopped in 2 months down the line to inquire still trying to "find" that which I paid to have framed. they sux0r UPDATE: they got back to me w/ the attention the should have paid to me all along, after I made this post. the pieces ended up looking great. But overall, wasn't a bargain, and I'll go somewhere else for my next framing job.

  I have been using Gallery 2000 for years and have had nothing but good experiences every time I have utilized their services. I have had over 60 pieces custom framed (and just picked up a few pieces last Friday as matter of fact). I have worked on Capitol HIll for years so in addition to my "I love me" photos with Presidents, Senators, House Members and yes even Keith Richards and Jerry Jeff Walker, I've entrusted all of my most important photo memories to Gallery 2000. On a more personal note, they designed a couple of memorial pieces of our two late dogs, done with compassion, style and just the right touch to remember our two little buddies who have gone to the dog run in the sky-perfectly done. Their work is displayed both at home and in the office and have picked up and delivered as well. I think their prices are extremely reasonable too. Bottom line: my wife and I love them, will continue to use them and recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation.

  I had them frame two original pieces of art work. One had to be sent back once to be redone and the other was redone twice as the painting wasn't even centered after the first time they "fixed" it. Each time the employees seemed more annoyed at me as a customer than interested in fixing their bad work. I would not recommend this shop. UPDATE: It has now been over 10 days since I wrote this original review. I still don't have a finished product. I have been back three more times, and continue to get excuses.
