  Had the pleasure of meeting Shawn yesterday. She was very helpful and patient with me as a I drug her around the store and changed my mind 10 times. She made sure she listened to what I needed and did what she could to accommodate me and my needs. There was a lot of local competition and it took me all day to decide and I ended up choosing Furniture Mart. Her and her staff stayed late past closing without any guarantee from me to make my purchase. I manage a sales and marketing company if I could have her come work for me I would!

  I am so grateful for this company! I had bought an electric powered sectional back in 2016 and the 3rd day of having it, one of the stationary seats caved in and was completely unusable. I called up the manager Steve and he was so professional and very helpful. He had his team come by my house that same day and replace the seat while double checking that everything else was in working order. Fast forward to today, I called the store to ask for the brand of couches so I could order a motor for one of the seats that had stopped working. After talking to that same manager Steve, he informed me that he’d have to check back with me by Monday or Tuesday to get a replacement sent over. I said ok and that was fine with me. Then he called a few minutes later to inform me that he was able to locate an extra motor there at the store. He was able to send out two of his guys to my house to replace the motor in about 30 minutes from my initial call. Turns out it was just the button for the recliner but his team was still able to switch it out with a working one. This company really looks after their customers for sure. I feel that Steve and his team have gone above and beyond with their service, professionalism and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place!

  I would like to share my experience, and why i only gave it one star. First of all as a customer i do not like being lied too.The only thing i ask is as a company and business just be truthful. If you are an honest company I have no problem giving you my business. I just recently bough a beautiful table, now before buy anything i always ask, when i buy the protection plan (GUARDSMAN=RIPOFF PROTECTION PLAN) does it cover scratches, for instance i have a large dog if he tried to climb on the table to steal food and it got scratched would it be covered. The Manager Joe and Sales Lady reply yes it will be covered, Just make a claim and they will come and fix it right away. Just my luck it happens, and when i filed a claim, they said it does not cover because an animal made the scratch. I contact the store and let them know what guardsman had said, and there reply was i never told you that. Then Joe comes out and says, the sales lady should have never said, that is why she no longer works for the company. Whats crazy is they offer the plan just in case, but lie to your face just to make money. Then i asked who going to come and fix the table since I still under my one year. They said they are not take responsibility. I will never return to this company and they lost a really good customer. I REFUSED TO BE LIED TOO.

  We searched all over San Antonio for a bedroom set. We must’ve went to 5 stores in one day and I wish we would have gone to Furniture Now first. We found the perfect set AND for the perfect price. I’m not even kidding we scored. Special shout-out to our salesperson MARC who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping here for all your furniture needs.
