  Horrible service complete rip off told me my money for the layaway was expired after the payments was received to extend time for payments. Place on Fon Du lac was sold to a different owners now they lost my invoice.Contact 6 will be notified about this illegal practice

  The only reason I gave it a 1 star is so I could continue this review. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I entered the store and was greeted by the store manager. I call him the politician... He was polite, personable and charming. This man, and I use the term loosely, is nothing more than a thug, a con-artist, a fraud and a liar. Not to worry, he only lies when he opens his mouth. I waited almost three weeks for a mattress and headboard. After being given three different delivery dates, I returned to store and asked for a refund. Only to be told they don't do refunds. None of which was apparent until I paid. I thought I had to at least take possession of the property before you could invoke the no refund clause. But I digress. Feeling I had no way to turn, I allowed for another attempt for delivery. When it was finally delivered, I am now faced the inevitability of assembling the headboard. Which would not have proven a challenge except for one major hurdle. There was absolutely no hardware in the box. I have decided to cut my losses along with any and all ties to this store. In conclusion don't waste your time, energy and more importantly your money in this store. The gnome at the front desk is as shady as they come.....

  All they do is resell dirty outdated Ashley furniture that no other company wants. Glad I didn't spend a dime with these disgusting rats. Unprofessional and under-qualified workers.

  SCAMMER ALERT!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS. I had to cancel my order and it was a nightmare. They told me to pay $75 cancellation fee, I did. I called the company who they finance through and they told me they had no record of my cancellation. So I went back to the store for a refund and the guy Vincent who said he was a manager when I ordered, now claims he isn't authorized to process cancellations but he had JUST accepted my $75 cancellation fee so which is it?? Then I call the finance company in front of them on speaker phone and the other "manager" Nate takes my phone and walks to the back office so I couldn't hear the conversation!!! I was LIVID!! They are nice as pie until you cancel an order then they will charge you extra "shipping, storage etc" fees. Everyone was a manager until I asked for a refund then all of a sudden nobody knew how to do anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
