  Ordered 2 bar chair from here and they only delivered one saying that they forgot to order the other one. They said they will reorder and deliver a week later. Finall bar chair arrived a week later and I was told that I would receive it between 4pm and 6pm. No one showed up until 5.50 and I called to check, I was told that they were on their way. Get a phone call 20 minutes later saying that they could not find my address and that they were going home for the day and would deliver bar chair next day. Second time they have done this to me. Bunch of liars thats why they offer the cheapest prices with pathetic customer service and backup. Worst part is that the store owner said it was my mistake that they could not find my address. Strongly suggest others not to buy from here.

  Months ago, I purchased 2Pcs sofa set. I am SUPER happy with my purchase. I got wt I paid for, and all because of the awesome salesperson named Shawn, who helped me choose the right set AND the right material. Thank you Shawn! I definitely had a good experience :).

  We purchased our sofa sleeper and love seat from here over the weekend. The guy who entertained us was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were wanting to get and knew exactly where to direct us. We mentioned to him our less than pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture that same day and he mentioned we were the second couple who had the same issue with them just that day. Anyway, we decided on what we wanted, they checked the price that it was going for tab Ashley Furniture, matched the price at first, then gave us a discount. They said they deliver within 10 days and we just bought ours 5 days ago, so we haven't received it. Will update review once we receive the items.

  I rarely give a 5 star but I am truly impressed and happy with my furniture. The sales guy was so nice and informative and even assisted me with picking out my pillows for my sofa. (my sofa and love seat is soo comfortable).The delivery guys was also nice and clean, they even suggested how the furniture should be set up. Thanks Furniture Outlet.
