    It's certainly a different experience to ride the subway if you're not at all used to it. It's not a bad experience though. Personally, however I don't think the subways are as nice as in California, though.

    Very clean,The people that work there are usually nice ""And in the summer it's nice and cool & in the winter you can warm u while waiting for the subway ,,and the the summer vise & versa ""

    Yeah, MTA should really consider improving the visualization of their underground network (3D maps) on their kiosks. Subway lines overlap and getting to opposite platforms are quite annoying at times. Architecture looks grand, but I guess it's a maze for tourists to get lost and explore (makes the place look crowded and lively). It is quite confusing navigating through the shopping center and subway below deck.

    NO signage to PATH/World Trade Center Transportation Hub (the Oculus) or to the R line. Getting off the A or C you have to rely on luck and nice people to send you in the right direction. Exit the A, C on the north part of the platform, NOT the South (or you'll end up outside somewhere turned around.) Such lame design! The Fulton Center with all the shops is nice enough though.
