  I was recommended a CPU holder that barely fit my PC but was extremely unstable, and since I had stripped some screws upon installation, and I had to pay a professional to extract those stripped screws. Given that I was recommended a product that worked like crap for me and had to pay to get it returned, I was almost irrationally angry and left a bad review. Jackson from Ergo Depot listened to my grievances and has waived the refund fee and helped compensate for the removal of the stripped screws, which makes me feel a ton better. I highly recommend Ergo Depot's Jarvis desks but would not recommend the CPU holder if you have a fairly substantial PC tower like mine, which is a mid tower. Would maybe work well for Mini towers and smaller.

  The last 18 months has resulted in the best customer experience over my 22 years of purchasing any product. In addition I experienced this without the benefit of visiting the showroom. My first purchase was the AD111HD a sit stand desk. The product is rock solid. Over the following months I exchanged many emails and phone calls with Ergo Depot to help narrow down what I wanted for a monitor arm and sit/stand chair. All of my email questions were always answered in detail and within a 24h window. My fabric samples shipped and arrived within three business days. It was close to 18 months before I saved up enough to finally order the Hag Capsico and HumanScale M8. My chair was a special order and arrived in four weeks. Each part of the chair was wrapped in plastic, every metal and plastic surface was bubble wrapped, the box was double corrugated cardboard, and each item was locked in place with cardboard cutouts for each appendage to prevent parts from moving. Assembly time was less than 10 minutes and a tool is provided that is secured under the chair seat. The Hag Capsico is one of the best engineered and designed items I have the privilege of using every day. Ergo Depot's customer service is top notch, knowledgeable and prompt.

  Great place to visit if you are looking for a desk or office chair. The team at Ergo Depot are well educated, informed and customer focused. They are helpful and listen to the customer needs without being 'sales' oriented. The products they carry are some of the best around, therefore expensive, but Ergo's warranty and return policies support the higher cost product lines.
