Sprouts, Target, Jewelry Mart, banking, clothing stores and more. Fast food, and a couple of sit down restaurants. Easily accessible, plenty of parking.

This place is so ghetto!!! It's seems nice but every business has security officers and homeless people everywhere. People puking at the bus stop. It's dirty . It would be nice if it could be cleaned up.

Lots of stores that I frequently visit in one place, quite convenient when you travel by public transportation and it's within walking distance to downtown Fullerton.

This place has a few restaurants to choose from but there are better choices on the other corners of the intersection. The best thing about this place is that it's a good nerd hang out spot. Streetpass OC meets up in front of the GameStop there, but most importantly is that it has a Pokemon Gym that frequently has legendary raids. It has probably the most raids I've seen so far.

Negatives: Parking is awful. Very few spots are close to stores and restaurants, and the spots are extremely narrow. While there is a Target in this center, it is often out of many items, which results in the need to shop elsewhere. Positives: The Sprouts located herea well stocked vitamin department. Additionally, the center has an array of stores (clothing, pet store, music shop), including The Fullerton Jewelry Mart that had been there 25+ years.
