  I loved the spicy miso ramen, it had a great flavor. It’s a cute place to dine too!!

  Review for Fujiya Ramen. Our visit was an unfortunate letdown despite our high hopes. We arrived in the afternoon and there were only one or two other people there. First they brought out one bowl put it down and walked to another table. After I had already fished around in the bowl checking it out, the staff realized it couldn't have been for our table since it came out so quickly (like 10 minutes after we ordered) so they grabbed it and took it to another customer. Eh ok. The menu has some "chicken on a stick minimum order of 2" item. That was ordered. We got one. Wouldn't it be expected to get 2 since it says minimum order of 2? Ok whatever. Soft opening. Meals (4 bowls of ramen) come out after about 30-45 minutes. Vegetarian one was supposed to have tofu added, they forgot. Another was supposed to have beef instead of chicken meat. Oops. I don't remember what was wrong with the 3d meal but it was a fiasco. They got my order correct but after having a bowl of soup taken away and then waiting a long time, I wasn't super impressed with this place either. A bunch of little things just made the visit unfortunately memorable. Wouldn't recommend this place.

  Best authentic Japanese ramen in Pittsburgh which tasted almost the same as what I had in Japan!! the portion for me was pretty good! Staff were nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this new place!

  F***king delicious, this place also has new menu items compared to the previous ramen bar. Great atmosphere, pleasant staff, all around great place. I visit weekly, don't judge me =)

  As a Japanese, I believe this restaurant to be one of the finest Japanese Ramen restaurants in Pittsburgh. The chef is Japanese and he would have made much efforts to reproduce authentic Japanese Ramen in USA. Interior decoration looks like authentic Japanese-style pub, with numerous Japanese sake and spirit bottles lined up on the wall, and I felt as if I was back in Japan and enjoying Japanese night in Japanese "Izakaya". Of course Ramen they offer is very good, and among all ingredients noodles are excellent. They use very similar noodles to those offered in popular Ramen restaurants in Japan. I think there might be some room for the improvement in their soup, if they want to bring their Ramen to the same level with that of popular Ramen restaurant in Japan. But certainly this restaurant will offer the highest-quality Ramen as long as you are in USA.
